2. Data We Collect from Meta Platforms
When you connect your Facebook/Instagram accounts, we collect and process (as your service provider):
- Facebook/Instagram user IDs, access tokens (temporary), page IDs, profile information (name, profile picture – only as authorized).
- Messages, comments, media, conversation threads (via Messenger API / Instagram Messaging API).
- Other data you explicitly authorize (e.g., for auto-replies, broadcasting).
All Meta Platform Data is processed strictly per your instructions, Meta Platform Terms, and only to provide the Services you enable (e.g., automated responses, sequences).
3. Other Data Collected
- Account: Name, email, phone, business details, password (hashed).
- Technical: IP, browser, device info, cookies, logs.
- Payment: Via third-party (no card storage).
